Boletus (“the App”) is a mobile application that provides mushroom growth probability maps based on environmental and meteorological data. The App is operated by:

By creating an account in the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not create an account or use the App.

The App is available for free with limited functionality as described in the App.
Extended features are available via a paid subscription processed through Google Play Billing. By subscribing you agree to Google Play’s payment terms available at: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/
Current subscription pricing is displayed in the App and in the Google Play Store listing. Prices may vary by country and are set in local currency by Google Play.
Where offered, a free trial period is provided before billing begins. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account: Google Play → Subscriptions → Boletus → Cancel subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to premium features continues until that date.

Mikita Rudnik accepts no liability for any harm, illness, injury or death resulting from the collection or consumption of wild mushrooms.
The App, including its growth probability models, algorithms, visual design and content, is the intellectual property of Mikita Rudnik.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
